However, service at the front desk was seriously lacking. I had a frustrating experience during check-out when no one was there for several minutes. When someone finally arrived, they seemed overwhelmed. Also, there were limited channels on the TV, which was disappointing. These issues really overshadowed the positive aspects.

Cozy room, friendly staff, I enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of fresh options including pastries and fruits, and the fitness center, while small, was usable for a quick workout.
